Description
The failure rate of ACL reconstruction is 3-5%, which increases to 15-20% in ACL revision surgeries. To enhance rotational stability in revision surgeries and reduce the risk of failure, the addition of a LET is currently recommended. However, it is not clear whether this approach improves clinical outcomes at medium term follow-up.
We present a retrospective study which shown how safe is this procedure and how it can imporve our results.
