Reliability of patellar height in different knee bending angles

Description

The evaluation of patella height revealed that knee flexion angles greater than 20 degrees or less than 40 degrees have shown poor sensitivity in detecting patella alta. However, the specificity remains high when using the Caton-Deschamps measurement method, indicating that if the patella height exceeds 1.3, it can accurately identify cases of patella alta, regardless of the knee flexion angle being greater than 20 degrees or less than 40 degrees.
