Description
Graft failure was observed in 3 cases in the anatomic group, though the clinical outcomes after revision ACL reconstruction were excellent. The additional notchplasty would be preferable to be performed in case of revision surgery, regardless of the tunnel locations at the primary ACL reconstruction.
