Our study also demonstrated a favorable healing rate and low failure rate for ramp lesions following all-inside suture repair through a posteromedial portal concomitant to ACL reconstruction. Furthermore, postoperative anterior laxity in knees where the ramp lesion was repaired with all-inside suture repair did not show a significant difference compared to knees that had no medial meniscus tear.
