This Eposter shows that TKA, in patients with HA, is a reliable treatment option that improves knee function and patients’ quality of life with acceptable implant survival rates at mid-term follow-up. Standard implants and approaches can be used in most cases. Despite good outcomes, hemophilic patients carry additional risks for complications which require specific considerations. It is paramount for these patients to be treated in specialized centers by experienced surgeons in order to achieving good results.
