CLINICAL OUTCOMES AND PATIENT SATISFACTION FOLLOWING KNEE REPLACEMENT

Description

CPAK classification, which is recently defined,is a pragmatic, comprehensive classification for coronal knee alignment.CPAK classification has been shown to identify which knee phenotypes may benefit most from KA when optimizing soft tissue balance is prioritized. However, the effect of CPAK classification on clinical scores in conventional knee prosthesis has not been evaluated. The aim of our study was to determine the pre-operative change in CPAK scores in the patient group who underwent conventional knee prosthesis and also to evaluate whether there was a difference between the postoperative outcomes in terms of CPAK type.
