Arthroscopic Minced-Cartilage for femoral condyle cartilage lesions

Description

Cartilage lesions of the knee remains a challenging pathology, often involving young and active patients. During recent years, treatment with autologous minced cartilage and blood derivatives was described with promising early results. The aim of this study is to evaluate early clinical and imaging results offered by the arthroscopic implantation of a autologous minced cartilage, autologous conditioned plasma and fibrin-glue for the treatment of femoral condyle cartilage lesions.
